This luxury penthouse apartment is situated inside the exclusive La Resina Golf & Country Club.

La Resina Golf is a new holiday complex overlooking the golf course. The complex is small and benefits from three swimming pools, including a toddlers’ pool. Selwo Nature Reserve is adjacent to the complex (animals can often be seen to the rear of the kitchen window).

The apartment is located in a secure gated community with a key coded access, all doors and windows have multiple locks and the apartment benefits from having a state-of-the-art fully monitored security alarm system.

The complex is located just five minutes drive to the beach, on the outskirts of Estepona. The apartment has secure underground parking (with a dedicated space) and a lift provides direct access to the apartment (suitable for disabled people).

The closest pool to the apartment is only 50 metres away and it is beautifully set in tropical gardens, overlooking the magnificent Selwo Nature Reserve.

The other two pools are just a minute away and one is ideal for toddlers or children who are unable to swim. All the pools are surrounded by large lawns for sunbathing and wash room facilities are provided.
